Refund and Returns Policy

At Snowboard Lab, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve designed a simple and hassle-free return process to get you back on the mountain.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Must be in “as-new” condition (boards must not be mounted or waxed).

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer. If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, Snowboard Lab will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. This applies if you ordered the wrong size, the item doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email support@snowboardlab.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, tags, and documents are included.
  3. Send It Back: Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our lab team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Timing: After approval, your refund will be processed. It typically takes up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (Apple Pay or Bank Reversal), depending on your bank provider.

If you need a different size, color, or model, contact us at support@snowboardlab.com. We will help you process a quick exchange to ensure you get the right setup.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, certain items (such as used safety gear or items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for return.
